Saying that Sekirei sucked, would only spoil it. Seriously, it's that bad. I mean, let's see now:

Sekirei is a harem ecchi action comedy series that involves a city being turned into a battle arena where 108 chicks called "Sekirei" must fight in order to win the competition held by the MBI corporation. While they fight to survive from other Sekirei, they also must find their Ashikabi in order to make a contract with them. WHY??? Nobody gives a shit. The main character is Minato, some loser that can't get into college. Minato then meets a girl named Musubi. She tells him that she is one of 'Sekirei' and he is her 'Ashikabi". Minato soon learns that being the partner of a beautiful girl is not all fun and games, especially when he discovers that an Ashikabi can have more than one Sekirei partner - and that's where the real trouble starts. Please do not watch this piece of shit. Do anything else, but don't watch it. It is horrible. Not making sense is like a quality compared to this plot. The visuals are pretty decent, but apart from that it really contains nothing worth your time.

I couldn't get pass the second episode. I abandoned ship.
Once you get past passed the first 4 or 5 episodes it gets better.
Never again. God fucking damnit this is really gay. I started reading it and found it really boring except for that blonde guy that was talking with the water girl, they looked like good characters. As usual in the genre the main is a super loser and all around useless noob that annoys me like hell AND HE GETS ALL THE GIRLS.
I hated harem since they are so stupid and irrealist, at least they should make them where the main really does something to get the girl and is not a faggot. I've read The world god only knows that is definitely the best manga of the genre ever. The main is not a stupid fag, he's a cross between a geek and Yagami Light and he's really awesome and he has to do something to get the girls. Once he gets them he does not even care and starts ignoring them. I recommend this one to you all if you're annoyed by the usual stupid gay harem.

This anime isn't great. But when you are 16 and shy around all women alike this show is nice. Gives you something to pray for! Hot women fighting over you so you can go to heaven with them, everyone wears insanely short skirts. Girls are bitches. But honestly harem is really dumb for all the reasons that you can name. Just got started on it so outsiders opinion, it's awesome but stupid lol. The way I see it, this nobody gets all the girls for no reason other than chance. Literally all he does to get girls is push them out of the way of falling rubble. Hell the only thing this guy does is get trapped under falling rubble maybe they should change it up and make an episode where he actually has some foresight. I hate it when the main character doesn't do shit. Also all the characters look exactly the same. The only way to tell them apart is with their hairstyle(all of which are long and waving in their faces), and their flashy costumes. The different face types are a joke. Everyone has the same bone structure with slightly different eyes. The reason why they give the characters crazy hair colors and styles is so you can tell them apart. Story is ok if you're in the mood for it. The only awesome character is the Tsukiumi, the water girl. The plant girl is at least considered a sister so that's good. She's too young. I still like this show though. I can be a negative bastard sometimes but hey I do like this show. The water girl is a good time.
